29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. (a) On or about May 14, 2025, at a jobsite located at 436 Sandy Circle, Pewaukee, WI 53072, the employer did not ensure that all employees installing shingles and water proofing materials were trained to recognize hazards associated with accessing the roof to install anchor points and when working from heights greater than six feet (~20.4 feet), therefore exposing employees to fall hazards.
