29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 73, 75, 79, 81 Basswood Street, Berlin NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold's elevated walking/working surface that was missing end stops. Condition observed on or about 05/15/25. Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807933, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/13/25, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ.
