29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area:  a- Lot 502, Thompson Drive, West Windsor NJ - Workers, th company worksite Foreman, and other worksite personnel were exposed to struck by hazards when walking and working beneath the company's worksite pump jack scaffold that did not have the area beneath it barricaded.  Condition observed on or about 06/26/25. Condition observed on or about 06/26/25.   Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807933, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 06/26/25.   Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807933, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ.
