29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 303 & 304 Basswood Street, Berlin NJ - The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 4 inches, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not run the full length of the active walking/working surface and whose walking/working surface was not supplied with an end stop. Condition observed on or about 11/17/25. Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1833730, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 502 Thompson Drive, West Windsor NJ. Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1824980, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 73, 75, 77, 79, 81 Basswood Street, Berlin NJ. Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807933, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
