29 CFR 1926.451(e)(4)(xii): Guardrails meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section were not provided on the open sides and ends of each landing. Front Exterior Scaffold: The scaffold employees used to access the front face of the building to install the front signage did not have guardrails installed around the opening created by the built in stairs. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. Safety Data Sheets for chemicals used on-site such as QuickCrete Fast Set repair mortar, 7200 Base Bond wall base adhesive, and Custom Blend non-modified thin set mortar were not available at the jobsite. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
