29 CFR  1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut: (a)    (a) 245 Reading Road, Lancaster, PA; Plant 2 - On or about May 21, 2025, the Dewalt radial arm #196  saw did not have guarding along one side of the rotating blade, and that would remain in contact with the stock being cut. Employees were exposed to struck by and caught in hazard(s).  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
