29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by an employee who is required by 29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1) to wear personal protective equipment. a) 245 Reading Rd, East Earl, PA 17519 - employees were exposed to hazardous noise in excess of an 85 dBA time weighted average (TWA) and the employer did not enforce the use of required hearing protection devices, on or about June 12, 2025. b) 245 Reading Rd, East Earl, PA 17519 - employees were exposed to hazardous noise in excess of an 85 dBA TWA and employees were wearing active noise cancelling headphones or earphones that did not contain a noise reduction rating, on or about June 12, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
