29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (a) Warehouse: On May 28, 2025, employees would handle donations of clothing and other items that have the potential to contain sharp objects. The employer did not ensure employees were trained on location and required use of the appropriate hand protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
