On or about May 29, 2025, the Havir Press Rite NO2, Trimming Press, SN2295, Machine No.: 21018 was not equipped with guarding to prevent the operator from reaching the point of operation. Utica Metal Products Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648055, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1526 Lincoln Avenue, Utica, NY.
