29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  (a) On or about June 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that jobsite inspections were conducted to ensure plain view hazard were corrected. Hazards identified included but not limited to, employees not utilizing fall protection from the roof, incorrectly erected scaffolding equipment, employees not using correct personal protective equipment.

(a) On or about June 23, 2025,  the employer did not ensure that employees installing underlayment on a residential property with a 10:12 pitch were protected from falling to the lower level, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11.5 feet to the ground below.  Residential Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572879, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 231 Four Winds Court, Hartland, WI 53029.  Residential Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572879, citation number 1, item number 1, group letter a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 827 Marymere Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.

(a) On or about June 23, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the roof of the new residential home had access to a ladder that extended at least three feet above the upper landing or was secured to prevent displacement when used.
