29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) a) On July 2, 2025, employees were hoisting material on to the roof and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 3-stories to the ground and were not protected by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
