29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular hand-fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Maintenance Shop: On or about 07/02/2025, and at time prior thereto, the 10- inch table saw (SawStop, serial No. 1234401939) was not provided with a guard which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut exposing employees to potentially sever laceration and amputation injuries.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Laundry Room: On or about 07/02/2025, and at time prior thereto, service panel ACA 120-208 volt had two unused circuit breaker openings that were not effectively closed. The internal energized electrical components were exposed. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
