29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-214 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ: On or about 07/14/25 a worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet 1 inch when accessing a portable ladder, from a residential structure's second story window, using the structure's lower pitched roof. b- 214 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ: A worker, walking from a residential structure's upper pitched roof, was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 8 inches when the lanyard's (whose one end was connected to their full body harness) other end was not connected to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 07/14/25. Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1811605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 173 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: a- 214 Merseyside Drive, Woolwich Township NJ: A worker, walking and working from a residential structure's upper pitched roof, was not protected from contacting a lower level nor from free falling more than 6 feet when their full body harness's connected lanyards other end was not provided with a snap hook thereby requiring the worker to tie the lanyard to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 07/14/25. Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.
