29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the jobsite located at 3580 Hollandale Street Derby, KS 67037, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 10 inches from the top of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. Mario Alejandro Ramirez Alva DBA A&R Roofing & Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1816791, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 6-11-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 848/850 Jay, Valley Center, KS 67147.
