29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.    On or about July 16, 2025, at a commercial property located at 13102 Monaco St. in Thornton, Colorado, the employer failed to protect employees from a fall of approximate 20 feet from the top of a rectangular low-sloped roof to the concrete pad/walkway below. While waiting for delivery of materials such as but not limited to gravel for a stone ballast membrane system, employees sitting on a parapet wall with unprotected sides and edges were exposed to a fall hazard.
