A wipe sample taken from a bench on the Clean Side of the Change Rooms showed the presence of Lead at 19.8 micrograms.  B.) U.S. Bronze Foundry and Machine, Inc., 18649 Brake Shoe Road, Meadville, PA 16335, on or about July 18th, 2025 and times prior thereto: the employer's Lead training program did not include work practice controls and procedures related to conducting work operations with lead-containing parts as feasibly close to exhaust ventilation capture points as possible.  Employees conducted tasks including but not limited to grinding and cutting on lead-containing metal parts in areas that included but are not limited to the Saw Booth and Grind Booth.
