29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 28, 2025 at 833 (lot 20) Miramar Lane, Fairlawn, OH 44333, the employer failed to ensure employees working from the top plate, bent over, attaching Tyvek protection onto a house were protected from a fall of approximately 20 in that no personal fall protective systems/devises were utilized. Pine Grove Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to use fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684023, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (10/11/2023), with respect to a workplace located at Retreat at Rosemont Lot 53, 3455 Birch LN, Fairlawn Ohio 44333.
