29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs and protected by traffic control devices at points of hazard: (a) On or about July 8, 2025, AWP Inc. dba WS Barricade Corp, as exposing/correcting/creating employer, did not ensure that construction areas were protected by traffic control devices at points of hazard. The controlling and exposing contractor, Desco Acquisition LLC dba Blackeagle Energy Services, had employees working in the middle of the designated wok zone. The street was divided into two eastbound lanes, a middle lane, and two westbound lanes. The furthest south westbound lane was closed with traffic control devices; however, the two eastbound lanes had no traffic control devices installed along the work area to protect workers. The traffic control plan was not followed in that it specified traffic control device installation in this area. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards from motor vehicle traffic.
