29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a-125 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ: On or about 08/07/25 a worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet when accepting roof trusses, from the raised forks of an onsite All-terrain lift, and moving these trusses to designated locations within a residential structure, by walking and working from this structure's interior wall top plates without fall protection.   Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1811605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 173 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.

29 CFR  1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level:   a- 125 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ:   A worker, walking and working from a residential stucture's interior wall top plates, was not protected from contacting a lower level nor from free falling more than 6 feet due to the length of their lanyard and this lanyard's anchor point being this lanyard's end wrapped around a single 2x4 strongback and a web member, within a wooden roof truss, and connected back to itself.    Condition observed on or about 08/07/25.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)   a- 125 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ:   A worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet when they were walking and working from the top plates of a residential structure's interior wall top plates without fall protection and when improperly utilizing fall protection equipment after donning it upon seeing the CSHO taking picture's of the worksite conditions.  This and the other company worksite workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition observed on or about 08/07/25.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
