Condition observed on or about 08/07/25.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.

This and the other company worksite workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii).  Condition observed on or about 08/07/25.  Goldline Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807137, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 158 Eisenhower Drive, Woolwich Township NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
