29 CFR 1910.176(b): The employer did not ensure storage of material did not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stable and secure against collapse. a) F.W. Webb Company, 62 Griswold Street, Binghamton, NY - Warehouse, Aisle W2. On or about August 27, 2025, storage of material such as toilets and tub pallets created a hazard, as it was not centered when stored 12-16 feet in height. The employer did not protect the workers against struck-by hazards should the materials fall off the material storage racking systems. b) F.W. Webb Company, 62 Griswold Street, Binghamton, NY - Warehouse, Aisle W4. On or about August 27, 2025, storage of material such as the 40-gallon water heaters pallets created a hazard, as it was not centered when stored 12-16 feet in height. The employer did not protect the workers against struck-by hazards should the materials fall off the material storage racking systems. c) F.W. Webb Company, 62 Griswold Street, Binghamton, NY - Warehouse, Aisle W6. On or about August 27, 2025, storage of material such as the 47-gallon water heaters pallet created a hazard, as it was not centered when stored 12-16 feet in height. The employer did not protect the workers against struck-by hazards should the materials fall off the material storage racking systems.
