OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential crushing hazards from damaged or overloaded industrial racking systems: a) Aisle 19: On or about September 11, 2025, damaged industrial racking systems were in use exposing employees to crushing hazards. b) Building 1 and Building 2: On or about September 11, 2025, industrial racking systems were in use that did not have load ratings exposing employees to potential crushing hazards from overloading.
