29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was used when the markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary were missing: (a) 341 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover, PA 17331; In the back room at electrical panels marked "CW", CW-B" and "J.Kidder Electrical" - On or about November 19, 2025, electrical panels were not marked to indicate the electrical ratings present. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
