29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure may equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer shall develop and implement a monitoring program: a) 341 Eisenhower Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 - On or about January 7, 2026, employees were working at the entrance of the automatic car wash system and the employer had not conducted monitoring to determine the employee's 8-hour time-weighted average exposure. No abatement certification required.
