29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At the establishment located at 1225 E Central Ave, Wire Mill Plant 400, Carthage MO -- Employees are exposed to caught in hazards in that they are required to hold their hand flat on a pin as the wire stretcher loads. An employee was drawing wire when his finger became caught between the wire and a block, resulting in amputation. This was documented on or about 11/19/2025.
