29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At the manufacturing facility located at 19886 Lawrence 2145, Aurora Missouri 65605, on or about 11/19/2025: Employees were exposed to chemical burns to the skin and eyes, as well as eye and skin irritation while working with corrosive chemicals such as Capizine Malachite Green Liquid (acetic acid), without an emergency eyewash station available.
