29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Ref. 3.3.1, Ref. 2006 CGA P-1 5.7.4. 230 Wawarme Ave Hartford, CT 06114: On or about October 10, 2025, the employer did not ensure that all compressed gas cylinders were chained in order to prevent cylinders from falling over resulting in employees being exposed to possible crushing injuries. United Refrigeration, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549183, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8420 Enterprise Avenue Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19153.
