OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from the hydraulic lifts not being inspected and maintained properly:  a) Bay 2, Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10: On or about 12/10/25, employees were operating a Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10 that had not been inspected.   b) Bay 3, Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10: On or about 12/10/25, employees were operating a Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10 that had not been inspected.   c) Bay 4, Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10: On or about 12/10/25, employees were operating a Rotary Lift, Model# SPOA10 that had not been inspected.   d) Bay 5, Rotary Lift, Model# SPO12: On or about 12/10/25, employees were operating a Rotary Lift, Model# SPO12 that had not been inspected.   e) Bay 6, Rotary Lift, Model# AR014: On or about 12/10/25, employees were operating a Rotary Lift, Model# AR014 that had not been inspected.
