OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from the hydraulic lifts not being inspected and maintained properly:  a) Bay 1, Rotary Lift, Model SPOA7LC: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SPOA7LC, S/N CXE07i001, that had not been inspected.   b) Bay 2, Rotary Lift, Model SPO10N700: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SPO10N700, S/N CSH20A0004, that had not been inspected.   c) Bay 3, Rotary Lift, Model SPOA10N700: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SPO10N700, S/N CRZ21H0147, that had not been inspected.   d) Bay 4, Rotary Lift, Model SPOA10N700: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SPO10N700, S/N CSH22E0013, that had not been inspected.   e) Bay 5, Rotary Lift, Model SP012N7T5: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SP012N7T5, S/N DCS17G0159, that had not been inspected.   f) Bay 6, Rotary Lift, Model SP012N7T5: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model SP012N7T5, S/N DCS21H0160, that had not been inspected.  g) Bay 7, Rotary Lift, Model AR014N001: On or about 2/5/26, employees were operating a Rotary Lift Model AR014N001, S/N KFF08I0009, that had not been inspected.
