Employees were exposed to fire hazards. The Aduana International Freight Forwarding Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1826076, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at #7 ASBC Warehouse, Harmon Industrial Park, Tamuning, Guam 96931.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: In front of the electrical panel next to the emergency exit at the Norman S. Wright Offices portion of the warehouse, access to the panel was blocked by a patio chair and other assorted furnishings. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
