OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) : The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall, struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. a) On or about 1/13/2026, at Turning Stone Casino , located at 528 Patrick Rd, Oneida NY, 13478: Five employees were exposed to crush hazards, and injured, when the last tie in of the ALIMAK SCANDO 650 FC-32-55C dual construction hoist was disconnected. Manufacturer dismantling procedures were not followed and the ALIMAK SCANDO 650 FC-32-55C dual construction hoist tipped over.
