29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a- Building 16, Meridian Walk @ Princeton Development, West Windsor NJ:  A company worker was exposed to struck by hazards when using a portable electric circular saw, without eye/face protection, to cut OSB sheets with the end use being exterior sheathing being applied to the worksite residential structure. Condition observed on or about 01/15/26.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a- Building 16, Meridian Walk @ Princeton Development, West Windsor NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 8 inches, when accessing to and egressing from a residential structure's entryway pitched roof using a portable, aluminum, extension ladder whose siderails did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface being accessed.  Condition observed on or about 01/15/26.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladders with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately marked in a manner that readily identifies them as defective, or tagged with "Do Not Use" or similar language, and were not withdrawn from service until repaired:  a- Building 16, Meridian Walk @ Princeton Development, West Windsor NJ:  The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 8 inches, when accessing to and egressing from a residential structure's entryway pitched roof using a damaged portable, aluminum, extension ladder containing bent rungs.  Condition observed on or about 01/15/26.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- Building 16, Meridian Walk @ Princeton Development, West Windsor NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards when they were working and walking from a residential structure's front entranceway pitched roof without using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/15/26.  b- Building 16, Meridian Walk @ Princeton Development, West Windsor NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards when they were working and walking from a residential structure's unprotected window opening without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/15/26.  New Contractor 1 Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1827042, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 362 - 370 NJ 33 West, Manalapan NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
