(b) On or about January 30, 2026, the employer did not ensure that the in-going nip points of the running rollers, at the color stations of the Heidelberg Harris printing press #15, were adequately guarded to prevent employee's exposure to a caught-in hazard when performing work tasks in the area such as, cleaning blanket rollers.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
