29 CFR  1926.350(a)(12): Handling, storage and utilization of all compressed gases were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965:  (a) On a barge with a mounted crane moored near 1520 W Marine View Dr, Everett, WA 98201 on January 27, 2026,  workers were exposed to safety hazards in that compressed gas cylinders were not suitably restrained to prevent being knocked over while not in use.

No. 10A-1970, which specifies monthly inspections:  (a) On a barge with a mounted crane moored near 1520 W Marine View Dr, Everett, WA 98201 on January 27, 2026,  workers were exposed to safety hazards in that the portable fire extinguisher was not being inspected on a monthly basis.
