Employees were exposed to interior falls from the top of trusses to the interior floor.    b) On February 11, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet 6 inches without the use of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to interior falls from the top of trusses to the interior floor.    c) On February 11, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to falls of approximately 23 feet without the use of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to exterior falls from the top plate of the second story walls to the exterior ground on the of the house being constructed.      No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
