29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-2905 Justin Drive, West Windsor NJ: On or about 02/18/26 the company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 22 feet 6 inches to the ground below, when performing weather wrap installation and other window installation preparation work from a residential structure's pitched roof , while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. b - 2905 Justin Drive, West Windsor NJ: On or about 02/18/26 a company worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 22 feet 6 inches to the ground below, when performing weather wrap installation and other window installation preparation work from a residential structure's pitched roof, while improperly wearing a full body harness. Fast Wrap Windows & Doors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1805121, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 72 Basswood Street in Berlin NJ.
