29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 7825 Twilight Place, Parkville, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep residential roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Juan Zavala was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1845688, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12.5.2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1102 Allendale, Greenwood, MO, 64034.
