(a) 6106 Bayview Avenue, Long Beach, NJ 08008: Worker was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 30 foot to the ground surface below, when walking and working on open trusses of a commercial structure's third-floor level without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/26/2026.
