29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about June 5, 2026, during the installation of siding material at the job site located at 3544 Bushwillow Drive, Lot 165, Uniontown , OH 44685; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a new construction residential multi-home structure, were protected from a fall of approximately 13 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.  MODERN EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS LLC DBA Homestead Exterior Solutions was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501)(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1818854, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/23/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 3479 Alder Ave, Uniontown Ohio 44685.  MODERN EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS LLC DBA Homestead Exterior Solutions was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501)(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1800403, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/27/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 3479 Alder Ave, Uniontown Ohio 44685.
