free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death

head and body injuries from overhead falling loads:

60 foot roof assembly suspended 12 feet above the roof assembly jig
by hoist.
One feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to move the roof
assembly to an area not over employees.
