The employee was tracing the power source of the AC unit on the roof and went to the third floor to disconnect the power. He stepped on a plywood piece that came loose, and he and the plywood fell down to the lower level. The impact caused him to tumble from that level to the ground. He was hospitalized with a gash to his head, three fractured neck vertebrae, and left wrist and back trauma.
