Final narrative
The injured employee was inside the plant in the basket of a 60' aerial lift with another employee at the lift controls. The injured employee's head was pinned between the basket and the ceiling beam resulting in a fractured skull and bleeding from the nose and mouth. The injuries will require surgery.
