Final narrative
Employees were operating a bond tool. The employees were setting up counter weights to the 53K spar. Upon lowering the counter weight nest, the weight dropped from position and the employees were unable to set the counter weight into proper position. An employee had a hand on the counter weight nest and was pinched between the actuator and block resulting in a finger amputation.
