Final narrative
An employee was installing circuits in an office attic. During the work, he went up and down a ladder carrying tools and materials. A different employee needed access to the attic, so he folded the bottom of the ladder. The injured employee did not notice the ladder was folded and began to descend it. He then fell to the concrete ground and fractured his hip.
