The injured employee was working from an extension ladder and dropped a screwdriver. The injured employee asked the employee that was holding the ladder to get the screwdriver. When the other employee let go, the ladder slipped and the injured employee fell to the ground sustaining a dislocated left wrist and a broken left knee.
