An employee was on a ladder installing lighting on the ceiling of an office area. The employee was using pliers and a wire stripper to apply pigtails when he came in contact with an energized wire on the pigtails. The employee received an electric shock, causing him to fall off the ladder. He sustained right hand electrical burns and left rib fractures.
