Employees were working on a molten iron transfer ladle when the plug that closes the opening at the top of the ladle became stuck. The employees moved the ladle onto its side with the overhead crane and freed the plug. Molten iron then came out of the opening. Two employees sustained second-and-third-degree burns to the lower body.
