An employee was walking next to the end of a rail that was being loaded onto a train. The rail missed the section it was supposed to go through and started to bow. The employee saw this and fell over onto his side. As he fell, his feet were caught between some rail that had been laid previously which resulted in fractures to both legs just above the ankles.
