While conducting an insurance claim survey, an employee was inspecting AC units on a terrace floor with silicone coating that was wet due to rain and included some algae. The employee completed the survey and was leaving the site when he slipped and fell on the floor, landing on the left side of his ribcage. The employee suffered pain that required hospitalization, potentially due to spleen hematoma.
