Two employees were bleeding a steam station through a hose to a floor drain. One employee opened the valve, which caused the hose to jump out of the drain. Hot water (212 degrees Fahrenheit) splashed onto the injured employee, resulting in second-degree burns to multiple areas on left side of their body.
