An employee was loading joints of 2 7/8-inch steel oilfield pipe from a pipe rack onto a pipe trailer hooked onto an Ascend Oil Field Services truck. The employee was rolling the pipes by hand. The employee fell while rolling a pipe and a pipe fell off the rails and landed on the employee's left leg, causing a fractured left fibula and a dislocated ankle.
